WhatsApp Communication
If you contact us on WhatsApp, or place or track an order through our WhatsApp chat, we save your WhatsApp number and the messages you exchange with us. We use them only to process your order, answer your questions and give you support.
- Marketing messages (offers, new arrivals) are sent only to customers who have opted in to receive them.
- You can stop marketing messages at any time by replying STOP in the chat, or by turning them off in your account Settings.
- Order and support messages about an order you have placed may still be sent after you opt out of marketing.
- To have your WhatsApp number and chat history deleted, email us at support@dechamp.in.
WhatsApp is operated by Meta, and your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
When you type a whole sentence to find a product (for example "cricket bat for an 8 year old under 1500"), that sentence may be sent to our AI service provider, Anthropic, only to work out what you are looking for. We do not send your name, phone number or address with it, and the AI does not set prices or place orders.
